About Me

I’m a hardware and occasional software engineer at lowRISC working on open source silicon. I live in Bristol, UK. At lowRISC my main focusses are Ibex a 32-bit RISC-V core and OpenTitan a silicon root of trust, both are open source.

Previous to lowRISC I spent several years at arm working on the design of memory systems for A-class CPUs. At arm I worked on the Cortex-A55, Cortex-A510 and Neoverse E1. Before arm I was at Broadcom working on the V3D GPU, versions of which can be found in the Raspberry Pi.

My technical interests mostly revolve around hardware design in various forms, lower-level programming and hobbyist electronics.
